How to Navigate the Divides in the House of Commons

I want to finish on a question about divides because rising polarization was the motivation for this project. It seems from the outside that there are a few places that are more adversarial than the House of Commons. I've got friendships across the political divide which I really value and it's healthy that we listen to each other a bit more. Social media is brought out the worst in us but as a society so it's a bigger challenge beyond politics i.e. how do you avoid impugning each other's motivations?
