I eat dinner early in the evening. I try to eat at six or six 30. So I'm really done eating by seven. And then I do a nice intermittent fast until I usually eat something about 12 in the morning. It's I'm paleo. Yeah Paleo-ish, but you're pretty paleo. But you know what works for your body. I think you know what foods love you back. I do.
