The story begins with the young boy's father being swept up in a tornado. And that sets them off on a journey across the frozen bad lands in the deep of winter, where they counter things that will change them forever. The back story to this book is really interesting and i was not aware of it until i was on book tour myself. There are debated mir s in this novel. How about and it's about miracles that happen, or don't happen in our everyday lives. I haven't read this book since it was a modern missus darcy book club selection quite a few years ago.
