Sephapine Versus Metronitazol

The main difference here is that sephapine doesn't intrinsically have really anaerobic coverage. So you can decide if this patient in front of you has risk for infection from an anaerobic organism, which is not the most common thing but in specific situations. I think it depends on your setting to like, what are you trying to treat? You know, things like La Naze Lid versus Deptomius. If I was already kind of handling all that, then I might go to something that covers for ESBLs.
