meditation is a real great way to stay mentally stimulated and to also wart off diseases of the brain and of the physical body. And i think it's one of these techniques, and we'll hear about this to day, that keeps the brain young and active. I have, like i said, been meditating over 20, 25 years, and without meditation, i would not be a happy camper. Meditation me keep positive, helps me keep active mentally.
