Transhumanism Is a Good Idea
Trying to draw an official line between what's not natural but acceptable and what is not gets kind of weird with no generally agreed-on definitions. I myself would feel really weird the idea of being uploaded entirely to computer somewhere but wouldn't have an issue with being composed of a trillion tying machines that happen to be artificial as opposed to trillions I'm already composed of which are evolved. The first real human intelligent AI will prefer to think of itself as a human too, my hunch is we would be wise to encourage that so what is life like in a trans human society you don't get sick anymore you might not age in the future.
