Do Affirmations for Characteristics and Tacts?

Don't do affirmations for outcomes and goals. Don't affirm a wealthy don't affirm these things that aren't true. Affirm I'm clear and excited about my vision. You can say, I take focused action or I'm capable of taking focused action today. Here's a couple of his affirmations for this year. All right, you guys. So as he was looking at it, I really want to pick up the affirmation practice again,. But anytime you're looking to kind of reinvent yourself, anytimeyou're looking to drive action towards a new way of living or new way of being, that's where affirmations have been useful for me.
