How to Be Present in Your Day to Day Life
I think part of that is being in tune with your instincts and what you really want. Instead of trying to like overthink about every little thing. I'm kind of a big proponent of talking to yourself because sometimes I feel like when I think, and I'm just silently thinking. My thoughts are like a desk with cluttered paperwork all over it. And then when I'm talking out loud, I'm like forced to kind of understand. It's also helpful though to remind yourself like, Oh, don't forget to do things that you enjoy or like, don't be afraid to try something new. Because if you don't, it's really easy for life to feel like it's
