The Perspectivism of Nietzsche

Two things have contributed to the perception of Nietzsche as a precursor to postmodernism. One is an early essay from the early 1870s called Untruth and Lie in an Extra Moral Sense. But he didn't publish it and he didn't return to those particular themes. The other aspect that's lent itself towards the postmodernist misappropriation has been the views that travel under the heading of perspectivism.
