How to Transcend Words Into Meaning

There's a Hasidic practice called Hidbon Anut, which means to take understanding and apply it within. And the idea that every word is like an opening to a cave. inside the cave, there are worlds and souls and angels. You enter from the surface to the word into this inexhaustible, stunning majesty of the interior of consciousness. But then you come out and you're at the surface of the word. Word stands for metaphysical dimensions, soul dimensions.
