Jean-Francois Cousteau: One of the key takeaways from this work with Ben is actually a realization that one of the assays that we use here to help us think about the mechanism. He says if you can start with binding for, you know, any compound that have strong liganding sites, then immediately you have subsets of RNA transcripts with aberrant or mean loss, or gain of interactions on them for a specific ligand. "I'm a huge believer that the terms drugable and undrugable are kind of irrelevant," he adds.
