The Impact of Cronyism on Occupational Licensing
Sally Kohn: I thought it was really interesting you talked about occupational licensing but maybe this would apply to other examples. You mentioned that in particular not only does cronyism cause inequality in this case a very harmful unjust inequality but it disproportionately affects especially women, she said. Kohn: It strikes me as you'd think this would be like the next big social justice issue in a very positive way and that it should be. She says people who have lower levels of income and are spread out, they don't have an ability to politically mobilize to get their voices heard.
