The Dreaded Bug in the Well
There's some phone weirdness that happens when when dad's trying to call Lavina and I didn't catch this until I watched the movie the second time but the sounds that play through the phone are all sounds of people yelling throughout the movie. The design for this movie is spot on moments a moment. We meet the most disgusting bug I've ever seen in a movie in my entire life very very conspicuously there are more magenta flowers and this thing that's in the well hatches this bug flies out and it you know looks vaguely like a cross between like a wasp and a firefly I think.
