Across all three of these cases, almost nothing changed yesterday. The Hinman emails do kind of undermine the SEC's case about it just being Bill Himmman's opinion. If true, that's embarrassing. Our regulators should be willing to stand behind their words. We remain here a bunch of squawking chickens circling the drain waiting for something real to happen and change.
