The last thing is price. Everybody wants a good deal. We want that in our personal lives, etc. But ultimately, it's really not that important. All the other stuff is in place. That's the key. It's a little bit like when you're acquiring companies in M&A. I mean, if you get so focused on pricing, you try to buy it on the cheap and end up buying a bad company. And the ultimate success of the company will not be the price you paid.
