The End of the World Is Coming Soon

How could anyone remember what was said for long enough for someone else to then write it down? I think a lot of people don't think very carefully about this question. We know from Greek historians, Thucydides, that people who write narratives of figures who give speeches have to make up the speeches. And so that's how they did it. So we have just a selection of questions, no theme, no topic this week, just whatever was in the email inbox that we haven't addressed already.
