Is It Just Because of the Increased Range of Motion?

It's a fairly complicated movement. But it is much easier to coach and to cue than something like a back squat. And so there is also anti rotation that has to happen there because as you're off center, your body is going to want to turn towards that front foot. Your entire musculature around your hips and your abs have to work to stop you from rotating. So I have to hold you in position so that your legs can actually come contraction. The athletes are doing all these crazy things but they're generally not like even the fighters are. You know, again, we're doing trap our deadlifts and bear crawls and push them holes and things like that."
