Is Your Attitude Affected?
When i'm feeling that stress, i hold energy in my body. A physical response of regular exercise really helps your attitude. I love this saying, don't listen to yourself. Talk to yourself. Speak life to yourself. What do you do when those little things start to creep back in? And does it get eas with time because you're such a positive person? Is it because you've been practising these things for a lifetime, for ten years, for three decades? Yes, and, and i practise it always in areas of my struggle where i personally think that i need to work on.
