Steve: I don't see anything bad about a dividend recap. But there is something about a huge dividend recap followed by a bankruptcy and the layoffs of employees that doesn't sit well with me. It seems to me, because it exacerbates inequality to such a dangerous degree, shouldn't some portion of that money then go to the workers who are being left without jobs? "It just feels like raping and pillaging to me," he says.
