Apple is trying to say that consumers are buying direct from the apt developers, and apples just acting as an agent on behalf of the apt developers. Developers basically have to pay apple 30 % in exchange for apples assistance in distributing,. Whether it be handling the transaction itself, holding the aps, all those sorts of that. That's a payment from developers to apple. And therefore any damages that consumers face are indirect in that they're passed through from the developers to consumers.
