The Differences Between Fellows and APPs

Do you guys get any training formal or informal in how to work with APPs? Because I think APP and residents are extremely different, even though we're sort of doing the same jobs. We have here, we're lucky here to have some interprofessional health education training. So it includes not only APPs residents, but also allied health professionals that we work with.
