Amazon said during its earnings that it was labor that was a big constraint for you. If you pay 15 dollars an hour is a starting wage, 18 an hour average pay. Why are you short on workers? Well, we're having great success hiring, but it is a challenge. And there are certain areas of the country where it's certainly harder to fill than others.
