Is PES a Major Value Driver?
PES share is meant to be plugged in and not to require the product to interact with. Our approach is on this is how can we just take this off their plate? And so I'd say that's what it is designed to. It does it well. We are seeing overall price points, resident benefit programs going up dramatically with our clients. The wholesale rates at which we offer our product to our clients are of such that they can still include their fees on top of that but have a significantly discounted compared to industry standard pricing for similar services.
