The Supreme Court's Jurisprudence on the Speaker Debate, Claus
The supreme court has been emphatic that you have to draw the line. It's not obvious to me how good the case is that lindsay graham was on the official side of that line in these phone calls and with regard to te other matters on which the grand jury is seeking his testimony. If he's refusing to talk, how do you settle that inquiry? So i think the answer is to distinguish between an immunity and a privilege.
