The First Recommendation of a Federal Technology Administration
The FTC and the FCD don't mention anything we're talking about at all. We think having a government agency with a charter to adjudicate would be a positive step forward. The notion that politicians shouldn't have any say in cyberspace, how the rules are created is just not tenable now. And ultimately, we're going to grapple with it, as I said earlier on, at the ballot box, the checkout counter, and things that we like and click on.
