Mexican Grocers Shops

I always question the proteins there, because i don't know how well they're taking care of them. I've never really been to a mexican grocery store. There is this one asian grocery stor in philadelphia that was just not great. If you have a thousand dollar budget, what shall we spend it on? Some calpilon skillets and some nonstick pans would be good. Honestly, you only need one knife.
