The bruising, I'm glad that you included that in this case. Because definitely this comes up. Like, what do you do with that information? I feel like it does come up from time to time, but I don't know that I often would adjust therapy just based on the patient's support of that. But if it's really causing painful enmettomas, if it's limiting function in their arm or just happening so often that it truly is becoming a quality of life issue, I think that's reasonable.
