There's this book that I read called The Emith Revisited and it was written by a consultant who worked with thousands of small business owners over the years. What he advised doing instead was to imagine that your business is McDonald's and you need to franchise it. Have you guys ever thought about doing the same thing with your plug-in business and getting it to a point where you don't have to run it yourselves anymore? It's the dream but it's hard to imagine.
