The Importance of Positive Thinking
A friend of mine was getting really frustrated. She hasn't trained for a while, but is now coming back. Because she broke her finger, it means her grip strength is gone. And so, as she's trying to do the things that her brain says that she can do, and lift the heavy weights and do the pull-ups, her back is taking its toll on her. Kate Cocka: Don't underestimate the impact of that small thing. That thing you think is small will have had a massive impact. Be compassionate, don't dismiss that small thing as it should be nothing.
