The Interplay Between the Internal and External

The standard we use to evaluate is whatever has grabbed the affections of our hearts. What we love, we will watch. What we long for, we will gaze at. Conversely, we will resist paying attention to what it is that we don't value. Whatever blocks what we want, that is viewed by us as a distraction. So we curate what we pay attention to and what we ignore. The things they create are distracting are so amazingly distracting that you can't resist doing it.
