Did the Takeaway Change Your Cooking?
I think the takeaway has kind of shaped who I am as a person. And, you know, very glad that I grew up at a takeaway. I want to change it for the world. Did it change your how you cook now? All the things you made in the takeaway, you just never want to eat again or to do it in some way, influence your current menus? You might have to ask my dad. My dad had almost like a periodic table, like graph on the side of the walk. Yeah. So the takeaway gets sold in 2018.
