A private company close to the Kremlin has been training at least 150 men to stoke unrest and violence in targeted countries by organizing protests. It's unclear if they have been deployed out into different parts of Eastern Europe, but we should definitely keep this in mind the next time that we see protests pop up in Europe and beyond. The U.S. intelligence community is confirmed to have the phone lines of a Mexican cartel completely tapped.
