Creating a Dictionary Writing Tool

David Peterson has described what he thinks is the ideal system. Effectively, you need a corpus management tool as part of your dictionary writing tool. There are commercial projects that do this, but they're often terrible. And it would be great if there was just something simple. It's like LaTek for dictionaries. It's not. The language would love love this.
