The Ideological Turing Test

A friend of mine has a gap year program and a summer school for extremely good either real current high school students or recent high school graduates. And I have actually done a number of games with them, some which were actual ideological Turing tests where they were randomly told either defend their true view or an opponent's view. One group I just didn't know anything about the students. So other than just sort of doing demographic profiling, who do I think based upon their demographics would likely sincerely have a view or not?
