i think my default is because i'm a thinker, slash sometimes over thinker. I know i'm not at my when i do things quickly and under pressure. So therefore, my default is basically to not do things. And also, i'm not challenging myself to it's definitely not stretching a strength. The only way i would ever challenge myself and change my behaviour is to set a very specific task - almost the first thing i did in my day. helen says she's going to come up with some sort of task that i have to do for a week or something.
