Adaptive Reuse in Midwestern Markets

Most of the adaptive reuse is we've seen in all of the Midwestern markets are older and architecturally appealing office buildings. We do have an investor in Ohio right now that has recently purchased two 90,000 square foot suburban office buildings. His plan is to convert those to residential use. He's got some excess land. And so he's kind of going down that path. It'll be interesting to see if that holds true.
