Is There a Paradox?
I think that's the thing I'm trying to do is like stop chasing everything. And then do this we're sitting down here we're committing to doing this conversation. There's a bunch of other there's a billion other things you could be doing right now at the same time but then you do this hopefully properly. And I see that as very freeing rather than yes and the rest is just illusion in a way. So if you if you jump if you jump into the abyss right the result is that you will feel truly free by accepting like the you live by accepting loss that's how you yeah get all of things.
