The Post Office's Failure to Handle Junk Mail
A friend of mine will periodically take several months and go abroad. And he asks me to take care of his mail, which means that at his home post office every week or so is supposed to mail me a box. So the past couple times he's done this, he'll be gone. I'm waiting for the mail. Nothing shows up like a month later. It's as if they just grabbed a box and threw. Whatever was at hand. The odds of being investigated or prosecuted for that one are relatively low.
