The Last Supper Is the Night Before Passover

In john 18 28, the last supper is the night before the passover. The jewish authorities don't want to go into pilot's residence because they are about to eat the passover meal that evening. A third connection is found with the hyssop plant. In exodus, chapter 12, verse 22, we learn that there's a specific type of plant that was to be used as a paint brush. It says, dip a hyssop branch into the blood and use that to paint the blood over the door. Note the connection to christ.
