Is OpenAI Really Getting Better?

OpenAI's chat system, GPT, is designed to be a "helpful AI assistant" It can do things like handle Walmart returns or give people advice on how to behave. But the guard rails aren't very strong and there are concerns that it could get out of control in the future. The company has been working with OpenAI for more than two years as part of its R&D program.
