How to Pay Yourself as a Salary

A real estate broker sets aside money for things like HR, 401Ks and emergency funds. A percentage of his net profit before the bottom line is set aside for retained earnings. He says he has done it every single month for 25 plus years. "It's why I work ... It's why you own the stinking thing rather than work there"
