The way cities grow today has kind of a ponsy scheme like aspect to it. If you can get a developer to come in with wall street money through tax programm or, you know, just a bond commitment or what have you,. And that that transaction cost will be absorbed by someone taking on a mortgage or a commercial real estate loan as a city. You've got 25, 30 years of positive cash flow before the costs kick in. The question really is not answerable in terms of the percentage. I think the more like apt way to think about this is the time interval. Those cities right now are sitting from a cash flowp tive really well. Everything is brand new
