There's a big am trying to conceive community on instogram, if you are ar not involved. You can set up anonymous profiles and start interacting with others that are going through different stages. But i suppose the thing is just to take everything with a pinch of salt and go back and speak to your own doctor. Don't let yourself get fobbed off by friends telling you to relax in this situation. And track your cycles em because when you do write your doctor, the more information you have for them, the better.
