Is There a Risk for Sexually Transmitted Infections?

The patient in this case had had multiple sexual exposures in the month leading up to his symptoms. It's a patient who has had a history of having sexually transmissible infections. And then thirdly, they're not using protection consistently. All of these factors raise in my mind a risk for does this patient present with a sexually transmissible infection.
