I know people that have just put their head a degree the resume and to see if anyone would check it. And no one does, because it's obviously not doing the heavy lifting of letting them know who's valuable to work. I've had jobs like that that say college required. And then i found out, o getting no my co workers, and like about half of them, don't have that thing put it said required. No, they just went to the work force, gained some experience, and their experience mattered so much more than some kid that showed up with a degree without it,. Even if it says so in their company.
