How to Find the Booking Process
Once Vollyn gets introduced into the mix, that's where they become a little bit more future focus. At first we're planning decades ahead and clients are just struggling to work out what they do at the weekend. And then we rock up and say, you know, what we're going to place on here. I think the following years that they go through the same process, they then become more future focused the longer they work with you. That's what I've generally found. Over to you, Nick.
