Is There a Special Case for Recession?
There is a special case where things get temporarily knocked own a whack, but for some reason you know that it's temporary. So this isn't like a regular, aareg litter, business as usual recession. When you're coming out of a pandemic, everything's upside down. For a while, our standard definitions won't work. And i think you're all adult enough to understand that even a simple rule of thumb would have exceptions. There should be exceptions to any rule ith em. But at the moment, there's a special case and it doesn't work.
