The Hire to Row Mentality Is a Good Start

Ben and steve made a chart of things that make their lives easier. And then another one was, like, things that make us more money. Anything that only fits in the make more money bucket is not worth doing. But surely there has to be at least one project that makes our lives easier helps us make money.
