Socrates is mentioned almost endlessly in any type of philosophical school that follows after his death. Most scholars think Socrates was a real person because we have so many contemporary and after accounts of him. This is later in Socrates' life after a stone masonry career and military career. When he really begins doing philosophy, like when we think of Socrates, the philosopher, he hung out in the Agora.
