Is There a Social Edge Case in Board Games?
In role playing games you have the fail safe of the DM who can just through their own creativity and flexibility make it so that edge cases either are enhancing the game or don't exist at all right? That's really a nice cheat. It is when there is a DM but it's definitely your miles may vary. I think what we need to do is develop more useful axioms or more actionable design practices that sort of target why we want to avoid edge cases, he says.
